Guodong Group Holds 2026 Annual Mobilization and Swearing-in Ceremony for Final Victory

On March 10, Guodong Group grandly held the 2026 Annual Mobilization and Swearing-in Ceremony for Final Victory in Qidong, Jiangsu Province. Based on a comprehensive review of achievements and an in-depth analysis of the current situation, the meeting further clarified key work requirements for achieving final victory. It mobilized all staff to "show their sword" in 2026, present outstanding achievements for Guodong’s 30th anniversary, and lay a solid foundation for building a century-old Guodong. Nearly 500 people attended the meeting, including group leaders, all staff of the Shanghai Headquarters, leading members of various subsidiaries, and heads of functional departments and business divisions. Another 2,000 people watched the live broadcast online.
On the morning of March 10, Lu Jie, founder, Chairman and President of the Group, delivered a keynote report entitled Show Our Sword for Guodong’s 30th Anniversary, Forge Ahead on the New Three-Step Journey, and Strive for New Victories in High-Quality Development. The report pointed out that in 2026, the group will continue to focus on the "Three Major Tasks", uphold the corporate motto of "Confidence, Responsibility, Homeland", stick to the principles of intensive development, steady progress and pursuing long-term growth, fulfill all annual goals and tasks, and deliver a historic achievement for Guodong’s 30th anniversary.
The report emphasized that to win the decisive battle and present achievements for the anniversary, all Guodong staff must strengthen their iron will for the 30th anniversary, fight bravely in the four major campaigns, build elite teams with strong fighting spirit, and maintain a combative work style.
The meeting commended advanced collectives and individuals with outstanding performance in 2025. In particular, 20 business divisions were awarded the honorary title of "Comprehensively Strong Battle Fortress" along with battle flags, encouraging all divisions to follow the examples and strive for excellence. After the award ceremony, heads of all units signed the 2026 Annual Target Responsibility Letter, listened to statements made by representatives of relevant units, and took a collective oath.
On the afternoon of March 10, the special session "Homeland Direct Line – Group Strategy and Policy Exchange Conference" was held. Chairman Lu Jie, together with the group’s core management team, had in-depth exchanges on entrepreneurship, business layout, organizational development and development strategies, and provided on-site answers to questions raised by various units. Outside the venue, 13 entrepreneurial teams showcased their business achievements, conducted face-to-face communication with all participants, and jointly drew a new blueprint for collaborative development.
